Bring us your hardest training process
The most useful demo is one built around your reality. Before we meet, it helps to have examples of your course forms, approval chains, reports your management asks for, and the systems you need connected.

Questions about working with us
What should I bring to a first conversation?
The more concrete the better. Useful things: one training process end to end, your approval and reimbursement policy, the reports managers currently request, which HR and identity systems are in scope, which historical records you want to carry over, and your target rollout date and constraints. A messy real example is worth more than a tidy description.
What do I actually get from a demo?
A demonstration environment configured around your own scenarios rather than a generic sandbox. We map your process onto the modules, show the platform handling it, and tell you explicitly what open source will not do for you. You also get a written summary afterwards that you can circulate internally without us in the room.
Is the demo free?
Yes. A scoping conversation commits you to nothing, and the demo is part of it. Quotes for implementation, content and support are separate and scoped, and you decide whether to proceed afterwards.
How quickly will you reply?
We reply to enquiries in the working language you write in. If your question needs a considered answer rather than a quick one, we will say so and come back with a date instead of a quick non-answer.
Can you sign an NDA before we share anything?
Yes. Ask for it in your first message and we will get it back to you. If a particular document, sample or system is sensitive, tell us what it is and we will agree the handling before you send it.
