Platform modules

One training system, six connected modules.

Each module solves a distinct training operation. All of them share the same employee records, course catalogue, approval history and reporting layer — so information follows the employee instead of being re-entered in six places.

Licence cost
HK$0. No per-seat, per-module or annual renewal fee.
Content standards
SCORM 1.2 and 2004, xAPI, H5P and YAML packages, all importable into the same catalogue.

How modules share one data model

The reason module-based LMS projects usually fail is integration cost. Here, the modules are native to the same platform.

01
People

One employee learning profile

Assignments, applications, attendance, results, certificates, skills and development history sit together on the person, not in separate module silos.

02
Catalogue

Consistent course, approval and attendance data

Course records, approval decisions, attendance entries and completion states use the same fields across every module, so reports do not need reconciling.

03
Workflow

Shared approvals and notifications

An external training request and an internal course enrolment share the same approval engine, message templates and audit history.

04
Access

Modular by design

Enable the capabilities required today. Extend as programmes and operational needs grow — no separate systems to bolt together.

Questions about the modules

Which module should we start with?

The one that fixes your most painful process. For most enterprises that is internal training, because enrolment and attendance chaos is what staff and managers feel first. For schools it is usually online learning or exam management. Modules share employee, course and approval data, so starting with one does not lock out the others later.

Can we add modules later?

Yes. The rollout is deliberately modular: you can start with what you need today and add capabilities as programmes grow, because the shared data model is already in place from the beginning.

Do the modules actually share data, or are they separate products?

They share data. A person is one person across internal training, external training, online learning, micro learning and exams. That is the practical difference between a training system and a collection of tools, and it is what makes reporting across programmes possible.

Is exam management the most complicated module?

It is the most operationally demanding, because it involves rooms, seats, question banks, randomised papers, invigilation and results. It is also the one that most often cannot use the public internet during a session. We scope it separately for that reason.

Is reporting included, or an add-on?

Reporting and insights is one of the six modules, not an add-on. It covers demand analysis, effectiveness, custom dashboards, exports, and the compliance and audit trails your governance review will ask for.
